Facilitation is a word often found in a variety of contexts, but nevertheless “being a facilitator” for a group and “facilitating meetings / events” require some important skills and a thorough understanding of the principles and concepts of the process.
Tony Mann, who has been in the field of facilitation for over 20 years, has developed a solid methodology that provides professionals and managers with a foundation for effective work.
This methodology, called “Process Iceberg”, is used in many different companies and situations, and its pragmatic, hands-on approach has gained many supporters in the public, private and charitable sectors, both in the UK and elsewhere in the world.
Since 2004, we have been organizing meetings regarding the activities of our company for a variety of participants.
We have been using Process Iceberg as a professional facilitation method since 2013.
Since 2015, we have been conducting accredited facilitation training courses ending with the international Facilitation Foundation certificate.
We publish articles on facilitation in the press.
We are also happy to help you.
