Aims of the training

This intensive training course is designed to cover the SAF® Foundation Exam syllabus and prepare trainees to pass during the course.

Organization of training

The timing of this training is guaranteed, i.e. it will be held regardless of the number of participants.
The training lasts 2 days and includes the SAF® Foundation exam. The SAF® Foundation exam is taken after the 2nd day of the course.
It is necessary to read the Service Automation Framework Handbook (219 pages) before training, therefore the pre-school information and manual are provided immediately after enrollment.
The knowledge gained during each training day should be repeated and consolidated by the participant in order to obtain the best result on the exam.

Place of training

Our on-line training takes place via the Zoom platform. Exams are available after training through Proctor U.
